Solla Sollew and Homegrown II.

Solla Sollew
Getting geared up for the Roycroft Conference in East Aurora October 4th & 5th. I’m bringing up a large display of my most current and most Arts & Crafts – oriented work. Mostly block prints but with the Future Faerie Tales of Florida as well, including etching #5: “The Post Crane met Anaca at the crossroad”.

Additionally, two of my FFToF etchings are currently exhibited at the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s show, Homegrown II for fine artists who have developed their skills while working & teaching at DFAC.

Here’s Solla Sollew above, the new multiple block print. I’m currently working on a largish multiple clock print of the Anclote Key lighthouse, which I’ll be demonstrating at the RCC show.

MOSI Tree Grove signage dedication.

The Museum of Science and Industry illustration job I completed last year has been completed and installed over at the Museum in Tampa, FL. I completed seventeen portraits and/or historic scenes in 2013, each with an accompanying botanical illustration. The dedication finally took place this past late spring in 2014, but I nearly forgot to post a few of the completed signs here. For more information about MOSI’s Historic Tree Grove, click here for the website.
