PAVA member show award.

I’m really honored that my reduction print “Grandiflora” took the 1st place ribbon in the 2014 annual juried PAVA member’s show, currently running in the Clearwater Main Library until the 10th.

December projects.

No new shows until this summer, until I get word about applications for shows in the spring. But working away on new stuff. Carving an Arts & Crafts multiple color block of the Anclote Key lighthouse, and a small, quick 3″x 5″ copper plate for Yule, which I’ll hand-color.

Solla Sollew and Homegrown II.

Solla Sollew
Getting geared up for the Roycroft Conference in East Aurora October 4th & 5th. I’m bringing up a large display of my most current and most Arts & Crafts – oriented work. Mostly block prints but with the Future Faerie Tales of Florida as well, including etching #5: “The Post Crane met Anaca at the crossroad”.

Additionally, two of my FFToF etchings are currently exhibited at the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s show, Homegrown II for fine artists who have developed their skills while working & teaching at DFAC.

Here’s Solla Sollew above, the new multiple block print. I’m currently working on a largish multiple clock print of the Anclote Key lighthouse, which I’ll be demonstrating at the RCC show.
